RETURN POLICY

Ordered products can be returned within a week after receiving the order. There should be no signs of product usage. Return costs are paid by the customer. The full payment of the order will be refunded.

PAYMENT METHODS

After the order is placed you will receive an order confirmation with a request for payment. Payment can be transferred to the bank account number provided. After receiving the payment the order will be shipped.

Shipping within the Netherlands is free. The international shipping fee depends on the destination.
